My first post, how about that?

Rules I will be setting up for myself not to #¿$?%!¡ up

This is my first post on my website, and to be quite frank, I didn't know what to say, only that I needed to write a blog/post to get clicks and help advertise my book.

How petty!

What to say that would not be pure rubbish to fill up pages and pages of useless text? After all, I did that already with my book (just kidding, The House of Dust is an outstanding book with a very interesting "time-loop" concept).

More importantly, how do I feel about blogs?

Yes, sure, I like to find articles about the 10 best Germanium-based fuzz under $100 (by the way, there's only one), 10 ways to make your MacBook faster, or even how to recreate SVR's timber with an Amp-sim and a mini-Tube Screamer...

Blogs can be helpful!

But if there's one thing I hate about them (or even sometimes YouTube Videos or books) is the useless blá blá blá formula only to have the articles with the minimum word count to be considered a "good article".

My wife keeps telling me: You should have a YouTube Channel, an Instagram, and this and that.

For what? Why would people listen/read what I have to say?

I don't know if what I have to offer is attractive. I will write about writing (of course), book/stories reviews, TV Series, Movies, Project Management (Yes, I am a certified PMP Program Manager working in the Automotive Industry), and Music (not only cool records, but I am talking about HARDCORE MUSIC THEORY BABY!!!!! OH YEAH, plagal cadences, Neapolitan chords, extensions, and syncopations!)

I'm still learning to do this post thing, so I can't make promises, but I swear I will keep to the point (probably the next post will be leaner).

For instance, I planned to do a post about writing but gave up, not to extend this text (different from my book, which has almost 600 pages... Just kidding, it is good, with excellent characters and a very thrilling plot).

I hope my next post has more substance :)
